The one thing that'd be good for a Condemned 2 port to PC is being able to turn off the crappy motion blur they do. Are you talking about Condemned 2 when you bring up framerate issues? Because SF4 ran flawlessly. By the time the PC version comes out, the console versions will be discounted. I don't think it'll be a bad port, but I don't think it'll be better either. It ran on a compact version of Windows specifically designed for the game, and it ran on a set piece of hardware that may have had custom silicon for all we know (used a standard PC CPU and GPU though, AFAIK). Hey, they almost got DMC4 right! I'm sure other people hold out because they don't have the console that the game was originally released on or if they do have a console it was on, the console port had issues (framerate issues, wonky bugs, long load times, etc) that may not exist on the PC release. In Condemned 2 they're genuine puzzles, with you inspecting the crime scene with your own two eyes and having to answer a series of multiple choice questions about what you think went down.
It's not like Capcom has the best track record with PC ports, but if there was ever one that even they could get right, it's this one. That is, of course, assuming that they don't fuck it up.

Freedom to use any controller without having to frankenstein a gamepad, so you get the graphical advantages of the 360 release with the control advantages of the PS3 version.
