The one thing that'd be good for a Condemned 2 port to PC is being able to turn off the crappy motion blur they do. Are you talking about Condemned 2 when you bring up framerate issues? Because SF4 ran flawlessly. By the time the PC version comes out, the console versions will be discounted. I don't think it'll be a bad port, but I don't think it'll be better either.
